1. You need re-download LG 2-3G Tool 9.62 from support area.
2. You need press unlock button again. Software tell you about 5 credits but server can't charge credits again and you can unlock. Server can't charge credits twice for same LG phone.

mr blang i have contacted you on missing credits on a sm-j27t1 early last month about credits taking and phone being in lock state and u referred me to the sales dept. I contacted them about the 15 credits and they requested the logs which i sent and they refunded 5 of credits saying it was a duplicate out of the 15. I ran the process again and it took the other 5 after stalling for over 2hrs which i cancelled. I went into the history and the log with the dates are removed i guess from the server. Mr Andrew can i get the phone and have u connect to teamviewer to check on the phones to get my 15 credits back that was taken?
I had 3 of these phones and none of them could bypass the security as i kept getting error(1)
