Can't unlocked new 5.1.1 reactiavtion lock on g925i

Operation: Reset FRP/React/EE
Selected model: SM-G925I
Software version: 24.2

Searching Samsung USB Flash Interface... detected COM6
Setup connection... OK
Reading PIT from phone... OK
Searching FRP lock... OK
Erasing FRP... error

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.24.2

Need help.

Yes, many solutions but it depends of SW version you have installed in phone. Comment a bit more about your device and procedure you tried.

If you want help please answer this:

- Which software version is installed in phone, and build number?
- I think you used standard method in download mode, but tell me if it is right and if you tried another method.
- Is your phone alive now? what do you mean exactlywith "phone dead"?
- You can put in recovery/download mode?

Also in google and here in forum you will find many methods, some with downgrade, some with sidesync and some with combination firmware. You can search and try some of them, or if you you preffer I can help you but I can't if don't know any info about your handset.

i try to use frp in z3x but it was dead
i can't downgrade , because it give error
only version of software accepted is : G925IDVS3EPC1_G925IKSA3EPB4

Ok, now lets see.
First you can try to use sidesync method, search it here in forum and in google, there is a lot of info for this method. First downgrade fimware to an older version, ALL PARTS EXCEPT BOOTLOADER (sboot.bin and cm.bin), then make a factory reset and only then use sidesync method.
Anyway if you can't, I could try to share engineering kernel for easyer way.

It's samsung account security
not google account that's the problem
