I9300 12 digit serial no. - GSM-Forum

I cannot write 12 digit serial to I9300.
I can write 15 digit imei & as I write 12 digit serial IMEI becomes 00499901064000001 & Serial remains 00000000000
How Can I solve this problem ?
Mobile has 12 digit serial no. & 15 digit IMEI.

Simple, Can I write 12digit serial no. to I9300?
This is first time I have received one I9300 with serial no. of 12digit.
It is vietnam make.
