the phone is from a friend who asked me to unlock it, i had already taken it to a house to unlock it but they couldn't and came to see if i could, in my hands i just put it on the z3x and had the data read but when i unlocked it it didn't work.
it said to download the firmware version.
so i tried to put firmware and put the phone in update mode but the z3x does not recognize it and this message appears on the phone screen

Reflash stock firmware + factory reset phone after and message should be gone?

the phone is recognized on the z3x but when i put the phone in download mode it says usb flash error, or fails to recognize the phone.
I tried with odin,
the phone being turned on is recognized as well, but when it goes into download mode it is not possible to flash it says usb flash error.
none of the ways
