S22 after reset asking for Esim Puk code [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello team
I need your help to fix this problem, i have S901U Bit U3.
Customer forget pin code end then Factory Reset phone, but phone still asking for Esim Puk Code, i try to flash phone with different versions of U3 but still after power On phone, very next second puk code lock screen appears,
There's option to enter unlock code but when i clicks, it's show emergency call dailer.
If i enter physical sim card then ( Enter unlock Code) button replaced to emergency call.
Please guide how to fix it.

This is Sim/E-Sim Lock, not linked to your device. Contact your Provider, to reset your Pin code.

PUK Unlock code can be obtained from the Service Provider only. This is not a device lock. (Your SIM Card is locked, not the phone.)

Try a different working SIM Card.

custmer already replace sim card end i have old end new puck code but the problem is there is no option to enter unlock code, end phone is not connected with internet, even i insert pysical sim card to give data accsess but not work.

You don't need internet to validate the PUK code. May the service of eSIM blocked by the operator?

Its same PUK code like for normal sim card - but seems like samsung firmware have bug - you cannot skip this windows in case if pin/puk request.
