S3 hang on logo - GSM-Forum

I have received S3 i9300 that does not pass from logo when you turn it.The phone freezes there.
I have flashed the phone with several versions and nothing.
Phone enters in download mode and flashes correctly but doent enter in recovery ,
Any suggestions?

HW issue? not software problem then.
