S3 imei null/null (another case, pls read)

i receive one galaxy s3 with network registration problem.
Ich checked the imei and notice it was null/null.
After some researches, i repair the imei and write it again back.As last steps, i do factory reset (keys combination) and wipe cache partition.

Phone works fully and imei was normal.

As i switch phone off and few hours later, i swich it on imei becames again null/null.

Has anyone experienced this?

Thank U for suggestions
