|  S3350 failed to read codes Hello, I have tried many times but nothing. The device is connected but the software can't read codes. Is it a new version not supported by Z3X ? | Hello, The drivers are here : C:\Program Files\Z3X\Samsung\All\USB Drivers\C3200 When you connect the phone to your PC for the first time it asks you to install the drivers.You must indicate the location of the drivers and not only install automatically. If you did it automatically the first time, the phone will not be correctly connected. So you must connect it to the PC and go to the device manager (gestionnaire de périphériques), find the port where the phone is connected and click on it to uninstall the drivers. After that, it will automatically ask you again the drivers. You must indicate the location i gave you above. All will work well. If you can't do all that give me your team viewer id nd i will help you. |
