I have the same problem. *#7284# don't work , *#9090# don't work but *#0808# work so i don't know what settings are needed. At download mode phone shows "Write protection : enable" maybe this is problem ?

So phone is after RIFF resurrection but without success

More than 90% of the phones with null/null are hardware problems. If you write a good EFS and the phone dosen't show 0/00 IMEI and after that repaire it with any tool that suport this repaire, then you have a hardware problem on you hands
