just tested with modem downgraded gs4 not working with t-mobile or att sim cards

This only works for international SimCards only .... not for USA SimCards ...

The phone don't get signal with any sim in usa

Just like alot of Sprint and Verizon phones, it is regional lock or USA carrier lock.

Once it's unlock via z3x, can't get Aus signal, either.

in my area only 2g. Just for call and text, data is not working too.
