S5 Flashing and resetting fail, - GSM-Forum

I have on s5 G900F with fingerprint activated. When i try to hard reset with combo keys, i got the message MDM does not allow factory reset.
I can´t flash the phone neither.
With another tool, the attempt to flash it to Android 6.0 fails and the phone ends up in bootloop.

Any idea how to flash/reset it?

Hallo,
any solution please ? Just need to fix boot loop now to give handset back.

try to write twrp recovery

No way to flash twrp, phone can just get into download mode.
