S5230 not going into Qualcomm mode - GSM-Forum

When I press *#782872# on a S5230 from Orange it says MTT Configured but the phone does not go into Qualcomm mode.

how do I solve ?

any ideas anybody ?. why does it not say quaLcomm

U must search it u will get your solution.

In my experience u press vol down key menu and power button and put cable. some time not showing download mode but it will remain in download mode.

I had same phone from orange and faced same problem.
I unlocked successfully by using USB Cable connected to computer, and use READ CODES.
It finished successfully.
