yes your cable problem use e210 rj45 or usb both are

dear you have make a usb modem port in devoice manager under 01 to 10 then connect ur phone and press unlock within 40sec u done ur work thx..

E210 Cable sheamik you can find in Qualcomm tool under phone pictures.
