I have the same problem with S5360B, no network after unlock.

I test with 12.1 to 13.7 and the problem not soved.

Please download again fresh firmware & flash it with Odin.

Try other firmware anyway, original one if you know which one it was.

If you have enough skills, you can disassemble phone, sometimes on the motherboard of samsung phones you'll find a white sticker with original firmware printed on it.

Quite sure that if you flash original firmware, phone will be saved.
