after i wrote patch file , the phone is blocked on the screen "samsung wave y " .

pls help me to correct it

your phone is 5380ajkk5, theres no patch firmware in the support like that... you should flash the phone with have the same patch file in the support

im not sure it will be safe to downgrade coz no body done this at the moment

Yes its safe.. Downgrade it according to Patch file. the Flash patch file and unlock... Not problem...
