Hi, I have a s5380d me for my password and can not reset it, the computer will detect it as unknown device me and I can not flash, I have already installed kies, how should I do?

did u tried to hard reset by using keys??

or if u can enter dialpad, type *2767*3855#

remember that this will wipe all stuff from yr phone

I can not write * 2767 * 3855 #, me for my password and no symbols * and #

even hard reset with buttons can make

Please, allow me to use the file for manual installation of the drivers, I installed the pc kies but sees it only as unknown device
