how to unlock s5620 - GSM-Forum

hi,

I am trying to unlock s5620 using z3x box but I am not sure how to do the following.

1.Download any original firmware.
to be honest I don't know what firmware is so can you tell me where do i install firmware from?

2. Flash firmware or only apps file to phone. how do i do this?
3. Choise same apps file in firmware window. And choise this fw like for flashing.

There are so many files in support area and I am not sure which ones to download.

please help the newbie.

Im sorry i dont know how to fix the issue..i got my unlocked by unlock codes and i got codes from Simpleunlocking and got it unlocked..

use c3300k cable & press read code.... job done!!

unlocking via unlock code is the safe way to unlock
