I have an S5750E in freeze and I cant unlock him , How exactlly unlock ? How can I put in qualcom mode ? Please give me the correct steps to unlock this phone , try to read but not found any modem , how exactlly put in qualcom mode and read it ? Or how exactlly unlock ?

..and where is the `Help button` ? The program dont want to see my phone , I cant read the phone and codes ! Please help if you can...
