S5830 unlock security reading error - GSM-Forum

trying to unlock S5830 but it stops in
READING SECURITY hours..
is there server problem or other please advice.

and

1. Enter code *#7284# - choise phone usb.
ok
2. Enter code *#9090# - choise usb diag. (or *#197328640# -> 9 -> 4 -> usb diag ) then reboot phone
*#9090# doesnt work for me so I enter *#197328640# but there is no option 9 ? - it only goes up to 7
3. Connect cable. Setup drivers
4. Select Diagnostic port in port settings
Where is Diagnostic port ?? Z3X software or on phone ??
5. Press Unlock SP button.
