Hi Friends, I'm having probelm unlocking S5830i after rooting also giving me same error please advice what needs to be done.

Count supported models - 319

Device is not rooted, as said by log.

When you make root procedure, do you accept superuser on your phone ?

try in version 11.9 should work

If you root via sd card method, at some point it asks for authorization on phone.

You can also downgrade firmware to 2.3.5 version or under, then z3x will root phone on it's own.

After unlock reupgrade firmware.

You have to mannualy root your phone.

find:

universal_gb_root_v11.zip

And put it on your SD card, root, and then try to unlock phone.

Do not unzip.

Anyway I am certain that there's plenty of tutorials how to root S5830i

Z3X can't root that phone for you. (yet) : ))))))
