use 23.9 fix this bug

unplugging the phone and rebooting it will fix it.
otherwise reboot phone and close the tool and connect it again.
the newest update 24.7 should take care of it even old versions works better for some of us.
but it always better to use the newest versions to stay bug free

that's my 2 cents!
