Well I am not a senior but I know this phone is a Samsung Galaxy ace 3 and uses certificate. You can unlock this phone using certificate. I hope that helps

Thank you. It is a very bad idea to unlock your phone by certificate because it will change your imei to the one in the certificate. And also you never know if the imei is blacklisted and if it's blacklisted then you are doomed. You will never be able to revert to your original phone imei.

I would strongly advice you to do a paid factory unlock.
If you have any other question please ask.

Thank you

z3x creating backup of EFS, any time by flashing tar file you can have phone in original fresh status phone but locked with original imei.

Thanks for the information Mr skyphone I have searched Google and found that app but it says that it's only compatible with note 3? Is that true or is there any other file for Samsung Galaxy ace 3.
