S8 plus G955F Mobi controll locked. Please help - GSM-Forum

One customer came with this phone . Samsung s8 plus g955f. It’s on activation screen. There is an security app called Mobicontrol it’s blocking the settings so I can't get in to the phone and reset the device. It’s not let me putting in to download mode but I can put in to recovery mode. Is there any way i can bypass this?
Any ideas are welcome ...

Its new security i hear that if anyone knows how can bypass this and rent-a-center lock
