S8 Tracfone unlock via server issue

Mr Blang, is S8 Tracfone is not supported for unlock via server?

I tried to unlock S8 from Tracfone but unable to get it work. The code reading went through and code is provided but there is no way to enter the code.

I searched the forum but I didn't see anything about this particular phone.

Pls tell us if there is anything I should do to use this phone.
