use samsung tool version 11.3

1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> Service configuration -> Data Service config -> USB ACM AP
3. Connect USB cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
5. Press Unlock SP button.

your phone will be unlocked

hi, im using 11.4, i did the config for the usb port but it gives me the same error, and when i try to read or direct unlock the phone freezes
