Samsunf i9195L not unlocking, asks for CODE

i9195L has finish unlock succesfully but still asks for unlock code. This is the second i9195L that happens the same. I have also flashed again and hard reset. But still same asks for code.

No help last time, NO HELP THIS TIME!

hi friends.. i cant unlock this i9195L... its already rooted... but on z3x log always says... "rooted: false... not supported for autoroot" but its rooted.. i can install other apps and always asks for root and i always granted it... any one can help???

if z3x says not rooted - then 100% phone not rooted.
try other type of root. try root again. try upload to phone last supers su.

Phone is rooted! I can install rootexplorer and any other apk that asks for root permission.. So, im gonna change the root method instead.. Also another rom.. But i cant downgrade.. So i must stay at MK3

another root method was the solution!! BUT... now i've got IMEI 0... but i can fix it... here both logs... unlocking and repairing..

same problem as mine i9195 rooted successfully and unlock but still ask for code...
