finaly i recover my c3312 duos by flashing with z3x holding vol- key and without batterry thats the step i use and recover my samsung thanks all

all is ok but whn i try to flash c3330 i receive this:

and stay there. This set c3330 have touchscreean and dont have "*" have only vol + and -, lock, camerakey, call.key, end call key, ok key. I use vol - and power on combination key and set enter in download mode but i cant flash this set and after that to unlock.

press * change with press vol - before usb conected phone must off... this working for me 100%. tried with samsung duos deluxe c3312
