Samsung 2g tool not showing

Hi
I m new z3x user,
i just install my Samsung z3x box. but the problem is that as i open shell all models are not coming, and there's no shortcut coming of 2g tool either on desktop or in program file, it shows and open only Samsung tool(Android etc).
how can i fix that.... pls Help, i have install 2G_tools_3.5.0040 (properties are 54.0 MB)

Right click on "my computer" - then click Manage / Properties-Hardware - then click - Device manager - check yellow color Z3x driver So - click on yellow color Z3x driver & update driver option - brows driver in c/program/z3x/z3x shell/driver - smart card driver & box driver.

Your problem 100% solve.
