Any Direct Download Link Bcoz Support Area Still Not Open

Very Nice Update Mr. BLANK but I can´t use it.

Since a few days ago i can´t dowload anything from support site.

I can enter in support site using Shell or using my User name and pass but when I try to download any file always received the same messege: User Name Not Found

I live in Cuba, maybe is a problem with cuban IP Directions?????

I can´t update my Z3X. I have Samsung and LG activation.
