samsung 5603 unlock problem - GSM-Forum

hi
i have a samsung magictouch (5603) im trying to unlock it
its read the phone give me the currect details but when i start to unlock its says now answer from the phone
im using 13.8 samsung tool the new 1 good usb cable i check it with another cable still doesnt work i choose to pc connection Samsung kies cause when i chose the other options "sc card " or "media" i cant find the phone in sam tool
any solutions???

show any log of your job. did you follow manual unde help button?

same problem reading sysinfo ......error access denied (z3x samsungtool v14.1)

i used uart cable
