Samsung A500H network problem after unlock - GSM-Forum

Hi every one
I have problem with Galaxy A5 (A500H) ,I unlocked but device showing not registered on network and the phone can't recognizing sim1 ,what should I do z3x team please.

Before any aperation you must do backup qcn/cert/nvm/efs etc. If you did it only write backup, but if tou dont search for a backup

If not succesful, chek imei or HW

this is problem not after unlock. this is problem becouse you did something like EFS reset of wipe efs.

No boss I didn't something imei1,imei2 are ok, and sim2 working perfect without any problem. Only sim1 can't recognizing .
