open cmd in android sdk/platformtools folder( hold shift right click)

phone must be connected adb! *#0808# then choose adb

then type adb shell

did you put back the files eg:ddif=/sdcard/S7275R_mmcblk0p17.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17

and then reboot after imei returned and what else did you do maybe i am miss something 2 days and nothing must buy new phone for customer

i really want to know what you did different ?

when you did the command did it say something in command box or just
copy the line?

because i done it many time but mine not working

1) su
2) ddif=/sdcard/S7275R_mmcblk0p11.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11
3) ddif=/sdcard/S7275R_mmcblk0p12.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p12
4) ddif=/sdcard/S7275R_mmcblk0p17.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17
5)reboot

after this imei is back to normal but phone is unlocked but no any service just says not registered to network

it was actually me, lol a stranger but nonetheless got the job done.
