HI TEAM I WAS TRYING TO UNLOCK USER CODE ON B550H WITH LATEST VERSION GIVE ERROR BUT SO I READ ON FORUM NEED TO USE OLD VERSION 19.1 I TRY THAT WITH FLASH BOOT MODE ALSO GIVE ERROR NOW MY PHONE CAN NOT TURN ON.I CAN STILL CONNECT TO FLASH BOOT BUT CAN NOT TURN ON MANUALLY.
PLZ TELL ME WHAT TO DO?

z3x have flash option but they dont have proper flash file or may be can not select proper file cuz when i download flash file i can see 3 file this one

blang solve my problem my phone got killed and flash file u gave it can not flash with z3x answer me what to do?

From your log i see wrong model selected. All operation like this at your own risk.
What to do - i think this phone can't be dead, just charge battery and try flash again.

I choose this model cuz many user had unlock choosing this model,
U saying I need to flash changing battery, my problem is when I select this phone model from list show around 6 file to choose and in ur support file I download it's on 3 file, when I try to select that file and flash software showing I need to select all file so how can I flash ?
And as I said on my above post I can still connect phone on flash mode pressing number 1 key and insert cable
But always stop on fdl 1

I have another same model need to unlock user lock u saying I choose wrong model with right model select nothing happned check here
I think u need fix bug on ur software

1. Download Odin from

Odin - Download - 4shared - xxx xxx

2) Run Odin3_v3.10.5.exe
3) Enter Download mode: End+0 key 10 sec, and then connect the device in PC, and then COM port will detect and will show Added!! in Odin.

load 3 files

BL_SC7703A_sc7703a_Samsung_Xcover550_warm0.tar.md5 in BL
CP_SC7703A_sc7703a_Samsung_Xcover550_warm1.tar.md5 in CP
CSC_SC7703A_sc7703a_Samsung_Xcover550_warm0.tar.md 5 in CSC

and flash your Phone firmware...

Hi thanks for reply problem is I can not put in download mode pressing 0 and cancel key
I can still out on scicomport mode press 1 and usb cable insert
And I find so suprice blang don't accept that his software killed this phone
I can see mother board still on but boot file may be damaged
If u have another way plz let me know I can show u pic when I press no1 key I can see this comport

you must put phone to flash mode with holding 0+power on (even for 5seconds) - than you will see download mode logo on phone display - and than you can reflash using Odin
