samsung B7722 how to enter phone freez code? - GSM-Forum

Hi guys can some one help me out on this, i have samsung b7722 when i put the sim card it saying phone freez plz contact ur provider i read the phone freez code thru z3x box but i can not put that code there no option to put i can not even use dial pad can some one plz tell me what to do?
