mostly caused by driver, install correct driver and reboot. there are many DFU drivers.
flash using usb cable not uart cable

Easy to unlock by doing these simple steps.
1- go settings model tab & select usb ,flash mode according to ur need but usb is must.
2-press volume - & right side upper key ( lock key )now press direct unlock tab and insert usb
and u will get the result.

Press "volume down" + "lock" and connect USB cable to phone
Connect to control pipe... OK
