some help
first Flash with micro usb
after u tick direct unlock
wen port found OK u see (COM3) then remove from usb
and put in UART RJ45 in z3x box and wait for unlock
if u have problem put speed to low
good luck ...

Hello, yes confirmed, who have problem to connect it or what cable to use do this:

Use usb microusb cable, phone without battery and disconected from cable....
press flash ( write firmware ) and then connect with microusb ( without battery ) , once detected will flash it and unlock ( if user code ) if operator lock do the same procedure, but click Unlock Botton

I spent some hours trying to unlock c3330 some days ago, and finally the customer took the phone.

now I have one c3310, and I was doing same mistake from c3330, I was connecting phone in Flash / download mode, pressing volume down + power button.

It is important to notice this, as albelektronic posted... I did it with the battery and worked

- select flash files and click Firmware
- after asked to do so, and haveng the phone powered off, Connect the usb cable and software will automatically start to flashing the phone.
- after finishing writing, do not disconnect the phone, phone will restart and computer will detect it,
- Click Direct unlock and will be unlocked..

Les amis,

Lorsque vous voulez débloquer le c3310 avec z3x il faut dans un premier temps flasher avec n'importe quelle version du support.

Lorsque z3x vous dit " appuyer sur la touche étoile " il faut en réalité appuyer sur la touche du milieu puis brancher le cable tout en maintenant la touche.

Le flash est rapide !

Ensuite durant le unlock aller dans gestionnaire de périphérique et désactiver le port Z3X puis "Read Info"

UNLOCK DONE !
