hey guys i need your help this phone actually in frp problem..then i try flash boot.img from support page and i got this screen asking for password..what to do now..

and how to enter recovery?? before i flash the boot.img i cant access the recovery at the 1st place,.. wonder why..

go recovery than wipe cach and wipe facorty reset all done use z3x reset frp done enjoy

cant enter recovery for this phone..volume up + home + power...not work...but the hardware button is fine..because i can enter download mode..is there any other way to wipe data and cache without recovery mode or other way to enter recovery..?

ok guys my phone now working normally..reset FRP DONE!!!!
for the procedure--->

1-download combination file from support page..
2-put the file at PDA section and just mark boot.img only...
3-put the phone in download mode and connect to pc
4-press the flash button..
5-after reboot,,check the phone at unlock tab at adb port and choose the phone
6-at phone screen must be at google verification page..connect wifi and click next until you get there..like this picture..

7-press reset frp and when the result say ok press home button one time and tadaaa you will be at home screen..
and what to do next..??

go to setting enable oem unlock and factory reset..no need to go in recovery mode..
and your frp lock will be gone forever..
