Flashing log look like A good
but i know z3x cant solved your problem now(we have some bug with spd chipset flashing)

Hello

did you try charge batter?
what firmware name was in phone before flashing?
try repeat flashing.

My handset is on now, I flash with Indian Firmware. But IMEI is zero. Z3X show IMEI write done but actual not write. Thanks for all whose reply me.

Try to flash it with old version like 17.00
