I TRY THIS PROCESS, BUT SAME ERROR
1st type *#7284# on the phone and select UART->MODEM, USB ->PDA
Then tap "Save and Reset"

2nd type *#9090# on the phone and select DM over UART
phone will restart.
Connect the phone to uart c3300k and press unlock

tested on 4.1.2

Change with Samsung Tool v.14

its new security.you need to flash with different firmware.
