driver problem

I've prevously unlocked several s8500.Yesterday I recieved one for debrand and unlock,I cannot connect the phone ! Somewhere over the last few months I have managed to upset the drivers for this model.I have tried to uninstal and re-instal samsung 3g v9.3 and samsung 2g, I have gone through my device manager and uninstalled every device that says Samsung or any phone device I can find,also every modem I can find ( including the the hardware one !)I then downloaded from Z3X site the 2 samsung driver packages Samsung usb driver for mobile phones and USB driver EMP,Then tried to connect the phone to the pc and when the system tried to instal the drivers in my device manager I find "Data Interface" under MODEMS,Ports (com and lpt) all these entries have (!) next tothem.
If I try to select the drivers the I cannot find any information for "qualcom USB Modem 6000" I have tried both "automatically " and "I will choose the drvers to instal" when I choose the system I always get " the specified location doesnot contain information about your hardware"
Where can I dowonload the correct files or delete the file that is blocking me ?Ihave a feeling that I need to delete some things from my REGISTRY but I am not sure where to go from here !

try on other pc. try download drivers from samsung site.
sorry but we not make any drivers and make any phones. all this product of samsung company.
you need solve problem with drivers. after you can work with z3x
