Samsung E250 after fllashing no sound on alarm and messages?

Hello , i have fllashed with e250 file samsung e250 and after fllash phone not good.
No sound at alarm , and messages!

How is it , how to solve and what file was solved this problem!

try to flash with different firmware & write eeprom also & post result.
