How to unlock F480
-Turn ON the phone
-enter qualcomm mode by entering *#782872# (*#786872# for Samsung mode)
-open 3g samsung tool
-connect the phone with e210 cable (both UART and USB)
-select port *qualcomm Diagnostics...
-press unlock ...
-you are done

    UART cable:
  1. Phone must be powered on.
  2. Connect the phone to UART cable.
  3. Choose correct COM port in port settings.
  4. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.
    USB cable:
  1. Phone must be powered on.
  2. Type *#782872# to switch phone to Qualcomm USB mode,
     (after operations you can enter *#726872# to switch back to Samsung USB mode.)
  3. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
  4. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
  5. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.
