I have tried using combination file but when I reflash the phone asks for FRP kindly assist

1. Flash combination file
2. Make sure the usb debugging options are enabled
3. Connect to Z3X
4. Reset FRP

After Z3X gives you OK, then you go to settings and do a manual reset of your phone.
For this to be effective, you have to have usb debugging enabled and OEM unlock as well.

After the manual reset, then flash with the latest firmware version for your phone.
It is important that you can enable OEMunlock at manual reset.
