i have samsung g935u. i unlocked with z3x credits taken but unlock codes provided to me say successful but phone still says invalid sim and still asks for code. but my credits taken. is there any solution

Same to me is there any issue to fix it Z3X team? CREDITS TAKEN but still asking UNLOCK CODE when the phone is starting.
