Complete Root and unlock procedure here.

1. Install this recovery using Odin 3.09

openrecovery-twrp-2.7.1.0-gardaltetmo.tar - Download - 4shared

2. Download Supersu zip file from here.

UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40 - Download - 4shared

3. Flash Supersu.zip file using recovery.
4. Switch USB debubbing On. Attach Z3X Box. Open Samsung tool 18.5 (Latest).
5. Press Unlock.

if not work for you try to reflash another firmware after supposed to root correctly i tested work very good
