SamSung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900R4 Unlock Have Problem !

Hi every one,

Please help me unlock phone SM-N900R4, so i try suucces full wipe efs and write cer but phone not accept sim card, please have me solution unlock or file cer unlocked phone. Thanks so much.
