boys ,when you while make master reset use adb program .... open it on comand prompt run adb.exe ....then write adb reboot recovery and finish .... no need flash and .... for this problem need 5 second ..... tray ...!!!!

2. reset the phone
3. rebot the phone

yes here is the solution TESTED 100%
you can hard reset it keep Home +Power on for 15sec a black screen with blue and yellow fonts will apear scroll down with Volume Key to wipe data/factory reset select it by Home key and now select Yes _ _ delete all user phoen will restart and reset is done.

1. Power off phone

2. Press and hold Menu Button ( middle ) + power on for at least 10 seconds

3. Android System Recovery Mode Appear

4. There are 4 options

reboot system now

apply sdcard:update.zip

wipe data/factory reset

wipe cache partition

5. Move the options to " Wipe data / factory reset " using volume down ( - ) button and menu button to confirm, because the touchscreen doesn't work in reovery mode

6. After the process done, phone will reboot.

4:Click Phone button and select: MODEM_S5570xxxxx_xxx...._REV02.tar.md5
5:Click PDA button and select: CODE_S5570xxxxx_xxx..._REV02_user_mid_false.tar.md 5
6:Click CSC button and select: CSC_S5570xxxxxx_xxx..._REV02_user_mid_false.tar.md 5
7:Put your phone into Download Mode: Press middle Key ( Home key ) + Power + Volume Down
8:Connect USB cable to your phone and the program must read the Com number it takes.
9:Click Start button and the update process will start.
10o not touch or remove anything till the device rebooted and you can see PASS word on the program.
