S8000 unlock problem. how to ?

I have one S8000 for unlock, but can't unlock it.
Can anyone help with right steps for unlock.

I read in program how to configure phone, but it is wrong:
3. Unlocking
usb only mode:
1. Turt phone on.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Samsung mode
3. Connect phone to PC, install drivers if needed.
4. Press "Unlock" button.

in point 2 no "Samsung mode" ! ?

to configure phone I use this steps:

in support find patched for unlock flash with CRP extension. but in software not find support for CRP files.

what is the problem with "Reading sysinfo... error access denied" ?
how to unlock this S8000 ?
