Unhappy Samsung Galaxy S3 I8190 Unlock Problem

Today I try To Unlock Samsung Galaxy S3 I8190 But Not Done Just Check Logs..........

*#9090# (select USB Diag, then turn on USB Debugging Mode)
Install all the USB Drivers then reboot device!!

check this method via usb cable

Emergency mode or no service doesnt mean that phone is still locked. If its locked it would ask u for unlock code when u put different sim...so ur phone is unlocked successfully but not getting any service. May be HW problem or phone IMEI may be blacklisted in ur country (repororted as lost or stolen).
