Problem write cert g928f - GSM-Forum

hello , yesterday they brought a samsung g928f to write the certificate, I did the whole procedure, and were successfully written, today I called the customer and told me no longer works the network, check it and I realize that c ' and 'the old iMEI, how do you explain this case I do not understand, how do I look your answers !!!!!
